These sites allow keyword searches over US patents, European patents, PCT applications and other patents from around the world. You can then download your patent using Patent Retriever and either save them on your hard drive and/or print them.

Patent Retriever will retrieve Japanese patents (only the abstract is in English). If you require a translation from Japanese into English for the entire specification visit the PAJ search page where machine translations can be obtained.
